I'm so happy I was given the opportunity to review this lovely CD. It features a compilation of songs written by greats like Sade, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Wilco, Tom Waits, Donovan, Dixie Chicks, Hugh Prestwood, Josh Ritter and Jane.....and performed by the soothing voice of Ms. Jane Roman-Pitt. I started listening to the CD as I was cooking Saturday night and the lyrics in combination with her voice are absolutely breathtaking and beautiful....it almost brought me to tears! All i could think about was rocking my babies to sleep. They really accompany a mothers love for her child and will send your babies right off to dreamland....I know.....because I almost fell asleep too a few times listening to it! My 3 year old also loved it too ......She actually told me it was her new "Ballet Music"! Ha! You can purchase the CD via their website Midnight Lullaby or you can enter to win it.
