Room Makeover Deal!

Im am soooooo excited right now .....because we are having a boy ...him and Fifi room is being made over......but i couldnt find any neutral bedding that came in toddler and crib sets i liked. Finally i found 2 i liked.

Right now the room is cream on the bottom half and pink on the top and it had a border along the middle ...this weekend i took the border off and we are leaving the bottom cream but changing the top half to a light mocha. The problem was the bedding i loved was $189.99 for the crib one and $69.99 for Fifis toddler bed set.....alot of $$$ for me right now...plus i would have to pay shipping on top ..........well i just won both on auction brand new from the Manufacturer .....for a total (including shipping of $149.99) when they wouldve been $260 plus shipping !!!! Here they are ....BTW the furniture is the same cherry color and Sofias toddler bed is the exact same one as the pic:

27 Weeks

Well this is 27 weeks & 3 days ......how can i make it another 13 weeks i feel like Im gonna explode already !!!!

More baby girls!!!

October 3rd my cousin Felix's wife gave birth to their first baby girl Natalie Lucille .....she was 8 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches ....what a gorgeous little gordita !!!!

Wedding Preparations

So this week thank GOD Alberto got a bonus because we have so many things to buy…..on top of rent and bills................and no it's not my wedding (I WISH!).........Next weekend is our niece's wedding which is “Black Tie” formal. Needless to say finding a dress was so hard because I didn’t want to look frumpy but everything I found that actually fit was exactly that…FRUMPY!!!
Finally I found a gorgeous dress for $99 at David’s Bridal …it fit perfect and was the last in stock so I put a deposit down and I have to pick it up this week…….PICS will come after the wedding ;-) I also have to pay the rest of Fifi’s Flower girl dress tonight after work and have it fitted to her. We had to get her a 3T because she is too tall for the 2T but its very wide at the top to it has to be taken in. Next we need outfits for the rehearsal dinner and also to pay the rest of the tux for Alberto…….so many things to do and buy and so little time……….Why can’t $$$$ grown on trees?!?!?!?!?

On a lighter note I did get Fifis outfit for the rehearsal dinner. Its getting pretty cold outside and the dinner is casual so I wanted to get her something she would definitely wear again…..I went to old navy and Children’s Place and heres what I came up with .....

The sweater and tights (BTW are alot lighter pink in person than the pic) were both 2t but the skirt i had to get 18-24 month because she is still so skinny...LOL......and boots I got size 7. She is in a 6 now .....but I know by the time winter is in full swing she will be 7
